In these Terms & Conditions "we" "us" or "our" means Capital Supply Group and "you" means the person, organisation, company or entity that purchases the products from us.

Capital Supply Group is a business name of THE CARVO GROUP PTY LTD, a company registered in Australia with ABN 83 680 607 952 and ACN 680 607 952.

By using Capital Supply Group, you agree to have read and consented to the Terms & Conditions stated below.

PERSONAL ACCOUNTS

The security of your personal Capital Supply Group account and the password you have selected is your responsibility. It is your obligation to notify us of any suspicious or unauthorised activity on your account. Capital Supply Group is not responsible for security breaches of your account if you have shared your password. If you believe your password has been compromised, report it immediately by emailing us at sales.au@capitalsupplygroup.com.au

COPYRIGHT NOTICE

All content visible on the Capital Supply Group website is owned and operated by THE CARVO GROUP PTY LTD operating under the business name of Capital Supply Group and is subject to the relevant copyright and trademark laws.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Capital Supply Group currently accepts payment via VISA, MasterCard, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay for all online purchases.

Capital Supply Group will not bear any responsibility for any loss or damage (whether direct or indirect) suffered by you if your credit card or other payment method is fraudulently used or is used in an unauthorised manner by a third party.

PRICING & GST

The prices of the products listed on Capital Supply Group are GST inclusive.

Some products and or quotes may display excluding GST.

According to ACCC regulations, businesses that sell primarily to other businesses are authorised to show prices exclusive of GST.

We endeavour to ensure pricing on our website, advertisements, catalogues, brochures etc are accurate, correct and up to date. Prices for our products displayed on third party websites not owned, operated or endorsed by us may not be accurate or correct and we are not bound by them.

ORDERS & DISPATCH

You will receive an Order Confirmation within 24 hours of your purchase. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive another email containing your tracking number. 

Please note Capital Supply Groups reserves the right at our discretion to accept or reject an order. This will depend on a variety of factors including but not limited to availability of the ordered products.

FREE SHIPPING

Capital Supply Group offers free shipping on orders over $499. This amount is GST inclusive and the offer is dependent on the size and weight of the order, and location. Heavy and/or large orders and postage to areas classified as regional by the Australia Post database may be excluded from free shipping.

SHIPPING ORDERS

Standard processing of online orders is usually 1 – 3 business days from the date of purchase. You may experience delays on orders processed during busy periods and public holidays. Once your order has been processed, standard delivery in Australia is approximately 2 – 8 business days. Due to the nature of our products, some parcels may require a signature on delivery.

Please keep this in mind when providing your delivery address. Large packages are delivered to the ground floor, and additional charges may apply for specific arrangements of delivery. Some of our courier may not ship volumetric orders to PO Boxes. If your order is considered large, do not provide a PO Box as a delivery address.

REFUNDS

Capital Supply Group processes refunds weekly. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed.

PRIVACY

Capital Supply Group does not store your Credit Card information. Under no circumstance will your personal information be sold to third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on the security of your personal information. Capital Supply Group may use your information for marketing purposes while acting in compliance with the SPAM act and providing clear methods to opt out.

SITE ERRORS & ORDER CANCELATIONS

Capital Supply Group reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that have been confirmed if the price of a product in that order has been listed incorrectly. Errors can be made typographically or by misinformation provided by a supplier. If you have been charged for an order that has been cancelled, Capital Supply Group will credit your account.

PRODUCT CUSTOMISATION

Engraving, embroidery or customisation of any kind can delay the dispatch of your order. Any item that has been customised cannot be returned for a refund, exchange, or credit unless it has been deemed faulty by Capital Supply Group or the manufacturer.

Capital Supply Group is not responsible for any errors in the customisation process where the information provided by the customer has been incorrect. Customers should ensure they are satisfied with the text and instructions they have provided before completing the payment process.

If there are any concerns about product customisation, it is advised to contact Capital Supply Group directly before placing the order.
